Receiving
How do you keep track of products delivered to your warehouse? Our Warehouse Management Software automatically assigns an internal serial number to track items throughout the warehouse. When receiving by purchase order you can note lots and serial numbers of the products received. With our Warehouse Management Software you can scan inventory upon receipt, confirm shipment of the merchandise to customers and immediately determine if the correct items and quantities are fulfilled.

Movements
It's vital to keep track of product movement within the warehouse for security and replenishment. Our automated Warehouse Management Software enable you to implement moves while automatically keeping tabs of the exact amount transferred and updating the counts in the "from" and "to" locations.

Order Management

Picking
You can use paper-based, RF, or Wifi picking with S.E.I.S.mic Software. For picking, our solution generates a pick ticket that displays items based on area, zone, path and bin sequence. RF or Wifi picking with our barcode program can be used to scan the bin and the item being picked---and automatically verify the picking. Equally important, our barcode software automatically generates a picking label to track the item for picking.

Order Verification
A crucial component of our Warehouse Management and Logistics Software solution is the ability to easily verify that the items have been appropriately picked to match a customer order.

Warehouse Transfers
Warehouse transfers can be created automatically or manually through our Software for both inter-location and inter-company transfers. Suggested transfers are based on the usage, transfer lead-time and minimum requirements of each location. Managers can use the transfer maintenance program to review suggested transfers and adjust the stock allocations for each item by location. Transfers are then released to the order manager program for picking.

Cycle and Physical Counting
Cycle and Physical Counting is included to control and gauge the accuracy of inventory records that are maintained in the locator system. The cycle count process writes transaction records, prints count sheets, allows RF-based counting and produces variance reports. Full physical inventory counting is supported using wireless terminals or count sheets. Detailed inquiries display all counting activity and variances reported.
